INTRODUCTION

With the passing of time, pharmaceutical industry is growing day by day. There is an increasing demand for pharmacists both within the country and globally. The opening of new pharmaceutical companies and expansion of existing companies in this sector urgently requires more trained manpower. Students desirous of joining B. Pharm. programs, who do not get admission in the Colleges in Madhya Pradesh, join Colleges in neighboring states and the talent, which would have been retained in our State, is shifted outside M.P. In order to provide opportunities in their home state, it is vital to provide quality education for B. Pharm. aspirants and we hope to successfully cater their needs.

The aim of the People’s Institute of Pharmacy & Research Centre is committed to quality of education. Demand for well-qualified Pharmacy manpower is increasing day by day with the proliferation of many new companies and a greater demand for competent candidates in the Pharmaceutical sector is generated. Job opportunities for Pharmacy professionals have increased in India and abroad. Keeping this in view, the members of SJPN (Charitable Trust) have proposed to start People’s Institute of Pharmacy & Research Centre (PIP&RC) at Bhanpur, Bhopal, approx. 5.5 km from the Railway Station as well as Airport.
