ACADEMIC VALUES

There is dire need of quality manpower in the pharmaceutical sector. Along with the progress of medical science every day new medicines are being developed. The testing and preparation of medicines have become very complex and requires manpower with high skill sets. In a way we are in an era where country's health directly depends on the abilities of pharmacists. The country's economic growth is indirectly linked with the health.

This greatly increases the academic values of pharmacy. There is a great need of pharmacist with a strong knowledge base and practical training. Present proposal for starting a B. PHARM program is being submitted from this point of view. Only properly trained pharmacists can handle modern day complexities R & D and work of large pharmaceutical companies. The Institute envisages a procedure to properly train and guide the students through classroom teaching and Industrial exposure to enable them to become highly competitive professionals.
