SPORTS
December 1, AIDS Day celebrated by the Peoples Group. The group organized Marathon race in the campus. Ms. Surbhi Bhargav decleared first and Ms. Teenu James second in the race. This photograph of the students was selected in NACO year calendar 2007.
The sports competition held on 9th December. In which 100 meter race, 400 meter race, Relay race, khokho competition held.

August 15, Celebration of Independence Day in the college on August15, 2006 Flaghosting done by the Principal Lt. Col (Mrs.) K. Prasad. The national anthem sang by the group of the students and sweets were distributed
September 5, College celebrated ONAM festival. The students prepared Rangoli and enjoyed delicious south Indian traditional dishes on this occasion
October 21, Diwali festival celebrated.
The students lit lighting & burst fire crackers .
November 14, the birthday of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru celebrated as Children day and the chocolates were distributed to the children in the ward
December 1, Inauguration of cultural week Singing competition held. The winner in solo song was Ms. Kumudani Jhala.

December 8, Dance competition held.

Peoples Group has formed NCC girl’s senior division MP-4 battalion and total 53 students enrolled. On 31/07/08. The Peoples College of nursing students celebrated “Independence day” on 15th August at 9:00 am All faculty members, Non-teaching staff students attended the program. National flag was hoisted and a patriotic message was delivered by our Vice-Principal Mrs Smitha Johnson. Students had organized patriotic songs .Then all of them moved to attend the peoples group function organized at People’s Public School at 9; 30 am.The program was coordinated by Mr. Sudhir Rupjee.
The Peoples College of nursing students celebrated National Nutrition Week from 01-07 September 2008 with the theme “Invest in Child Nutrition” at Peoples Hospital, Pediatric ward. The health education based on the theme was given and also shown a demonstration on Nutritional formula and Respected Principal Madam Lt.Col. (Mrs.).K.Prasad distributed the nutritional formula to children (patients) and mothers.The program was coordinated by Ms. Kavita Sikdar
The Peoples College of nursing students celebrated “Teachers day “on 5th September 2008 at Auditorium. The students welcomed Principal madam Lt.Col.(Mrs).K.Prasad and Vice-Principal Mrs Smitha Johnson with bouquet and all Faculty and Non-teaching staff with rose flower. They also organized various entertaining programs to mark the occasion. . The program was coordinated by Mrs Sini Shaji.

January 26, Republic day was celebrated .Flag hosting was done by the Principal Mrs.K. Prasad .The national anthem & patriotic songs were sung by the students.
March 8, the intercollegiate paper presentation competition was held in Pragyan College of Nursing, Bhopal. on the topic ‘woman at work know your rights it’s yourfuture’ .

April 7, An intercollegiate spot poster competition was held , WHO day in the college. The theme was Invest in health build a safer future.

The Peoples College of nursing students celebrated the auspicious occasion of Onam festival on 13/09/08 at the college auditorium with traditional fervor .Peoples group Chairman Suresh Vijayvargiya was the chief guest at the function.
