A) COMMUNITY DENTAL HEALTH
Dept of Community Dentistry is also running three satellite centers in Bhopal. They are fully equipped and catering to the needs of Dental health care of the local areas.

• 1. Parwalia,
• 2. Railway hospital and
• 3. Ritu Memorial Hospital,( People’s Group) Kolar Road

B) TRAINING OF SCHOOL TEACHERS ON DENTAL HEALTH
          Department of Community Dentistry invites a group of teachers from schools to the Institution and organizes DENTAL HEALTH EDUCATION AND AWARENESS workshops regularly.  The teachers are made fully aware of the Dental problems and preventive measures by use of audiovisual gadgets like models, charts, projection slides, and power point presentations. The teachers are taken around the departments to show them the modalities of preventive and corrective measures of the Dental problems. The aim is to educate teachers and to enable them to impart Dental Health Education to the school children.

C) TRAINING OF CLASS IV EMPLOYEES ON HEALTH. 
          The training programmes are conducted periodically on various aspects of Health for Class IV employees of all the Institutions in Peoples Group. The aspects covered are:

• AIDS AND PREVENTIVE MEASURS
• DIPOSAL OF BIOMEDICAL WASTE
• DENTAL HEALTH EDUCATION

D) DENTAL HEALTH CAMPS
          The Department of Community Dentistry conducts regularly Dental check up and treatment camps in schools and rural areas. Mobile Dental Clinic (Bus) is taken to the camps to extend treatment facilities. The bus is equipped with the audiovisual equipment, TV and DVD player to extend the Dental Health education. Models and charts are also carried to the camps.
