Clinical Material ::
- Each Patient is issued OPD Card and Appointment card on Registration.
- The College retains OPD Card for further treatment and record for follow up.
- Patient carries appointment card with him/her.
- OPD cards from 2002 onwards are stored in MAIN RECORD ROOM.
- The old cards will help in conducting retrospective study and references.
